Belinda Lee Mills
Known for her creativity, authenticity, and passion, Bel is a driving force in Showpony’s mission to innovate and inspire. With over 25 years in the industry, she’s a powerhouse colourist, stylist, educator, and owner of Pipsqueek in Saigon and two standout Adelaide salons. Bel champions individuality and pushes creative boundaries—whether behind the chair, backstage at Fashion Week, or collaborating globally.

Her inspiration comes from music, which sparks moods, visualisations, and stories. Pauline McCabe
Award-winning Pauline McCabe is the powerhouse art director behind Rock Paper Scissors Hair Studio in South Fremantle. With a background in Fine Art, McCabe’s expertise flows from her eclecticism.
Her roles in hairdressing include Session Hairdresser, educator, art director and mentor.
A regular session stylist, McCabe’s editorial work has appeared in countless local and international magazines. Her impressive experience also saw her hand-picked as Florence + the Machine’s hairstylist for her 2019 world tour “High as Hope”.
Scottish-born McCabe trained with British Trail blaizers Irvine and Rita Rusk, who took over the mantle from Vidal Sassoon. Later, she became Artistic Director for Trevor Sorbie, before launching her own hugely successful salon in London’s King Road and then moving to WA in 2000.
Pauline has worked for the past 8 years on Fashion Weeks around the world -including Paris Haute Couture, London, New York, Milan, Melbourne and Sydney - for an impressive list of international designers including Hugo Boss, Saint Laurent, Ralph Lauren ,Bottega Venetta, Givenchy, Alaia, Paco Rabanne, ,Ottolinger, Rick Owens Burberry and Valentino.
Pauline works on the backstage teams with hairdressing greats such as the legendary James Pecis, Guido Palau, Damien Boissinot, Syd Hayes, Duffy, Anna Cofone and Holly Smith.
A regular session stylist with Perth’s STM magazine, McCabe’s work has also appeared in German Vogue, Yen, Hairdressers Journal International, Laud and Dscene.
Pauline offers her invaluable mentorship to young creatives through a range of education workshops. She has taught in America, Canada, Europe, and Australia,
She is a committed champion and mentor to her salon team and also offers education through her own established program, “The Hair Mentor”. With a variety of workshops and immersive opportunities, she shares her years of experience with a whole new audience.

Felicity Mace is the founder and creative director of Salon Mace, bringing over 30 years of experience in luxury hair, editorial styling, and creative direction. She began her career in Sydney working with Joh Bailey, building her foundation in glamorous, polished hair.
Throughout her career, Felicity has worked across Fashion Week, Vogue editorial shoots, and international campaigns, collaborating with leading professional hair and beauty brands, high-profile content creators, and celebrities including Olivia Newton-John, Nelly Furtado, Beyoncé, and Michael Hutchence. She is also recognised for her work with leading digital creators.
Based in Melbourne’s inner east at Salon Mace, Felicity works with brands including REDKEN, Showpony Hair Extensions, Filtered Beauty, and L’Oréal. As a mum, she is passionate about me

Alongside running her bustling salon and bridal business Dodie is passionate about education, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation of hairstylists.
