Delivery within Australia:
All items ordered within Australia are dispatched from the Showpony Warehouse with Express Shipping. The average arrival time is 1-3 business days depending on the salon location. Order before 12.30pm AEST and receive same day dispatch.

Please note that orders containing alcohol (such as our Tape Remover Spray), or very large items will be shipped via road Express which can take 5 - 7 business days depending on the salon location. Please allow sufficient time for shipping prior to booking your clients in to avoid disappointment.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch. Payment can be made using a credit card over the phone, or via bank transfer. If you opt for bank transfer, a copy of the payment receipt will need to be sent to our Customer Service Team prior to the items being released.

During the process of setting you up as a Showpony Partner Salon, our Customer Support team will have also set up your online account. You should have received an email asking you to verify your account and create a password. If you have not received the email, please contact our Customer Support team who can resend the verification email (also check your junk email box as it may be sitting in there).
