What methods of hair extensions do you do?

Showpony has two temporary and four permanent methods. The temporary hair extensions methods include the 7-piece 20” Clip In and the versatile 20” 3 in 1 Halo. The four permanent hair extension methods are Slimline Tapes, Skin Weft Tape, Mini Microbeads and the Weft.

What type of hair does Showpony use?

Showpony uses 100% Remy A+ human hair, with the cuticle of the hair intact and aligned to ensure a natural look. 

Where is the hair sourced from?

Showpony hair is an ethically sourced blend of 80% Indian hair for durability, and 20% European hair for silkiness.

Are Showpony hair extensions safe for my hair?

Our focus is on performing safe hair extension methods and educating stylists to provide expert consultations to recommend the best method for their clients’ hair. 

I’m a consumer, what can I buy?

Consumers can purchase temporary hair extensions, which include the 20” 7 piece Clip In Set and the versatile 3 in 1 Halo, tools and accessories, and Showpony Shampoo and Conditioner.  

What is the price?

Showpony sells direct to consumers with pricing listed is on the website. For the professional salon industry, wholesale pricing is available. To become an authorised Showpony stockist, apply here. 

Who is eligible for a wholesale account?

Showpony offers wholesale accounts to verified hairdressing salons, freelance hairdressers and wholesalers. To become an authorised Showpony stockist, apply here.

What is the returns policy?

You can return unopened and unused Showpony hair extensions within 30days of purchase. View our Returns Policy here.

Do I have to pay for freight?

Freight is calculated at the checkout before purchases are finalised. View freight details here.

Can I get my order sent today?

Same day shipping is available on orders placed before 12.30pm Brisbane, QLD time (AEST). 

What is the delivery time? When will my hair arrive?

Due to COVID-19, delivery times can be affected. Please allow extra time to ensure you receive your order when needed. Under normal circumstances, deliveries can be expected within 1-3 business days dependant on the shipping location.

Can I get my order sent express?

All orders are sent express unless the order is exceptionally heavy, which will be sent via road freight.

What payment options does Showpony offer?

We accept credit card payment, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Zip Pay, Afterpay, Klarna and bank transfer.

Are 30-day accounts available?

30-day accounts are available to approved applicants.
