Where Does The Human Hair Come From?

All Showpony Hair Extensions are made from a blend between Indian hair and European hair. The Indian Hair creates strength which helps the hair to last longer and the European Hair creates the softness. If you are a salon/ retail store and are still not sure about the quality of hair, ask for a sample, you won’t be disappointed.

Can The Human Hair Be Coloured?

We DO NOT recommend colouring hair extensions as they have already been through extensive chemical processing and to do so may cause damage. If you do choose to colour your hair extensions we suggest taking them to a salon and only using a semi colour on them (always lighter to darker never darker to lighter). We take absolutely NO responsibility for any damage caused by dying the hair extensions even if done professionally. We suggest you choose the colour that is closest to your natural hair so that the hair extensions “blend” with your natural hair colour. Refunds will not be offered for damage caused by colouring.

How Do I Care For My Hair Extensions?

Please refer to our Care Instructions located on our Showpony Packaging. If you would like Care Instructions on a product that is not on the Showpony Packaging, please call our Free Call Number (1800 233 386) for more information. We recommend that you use a moisturising Shampoo and Conditioner for your Hair Extensions.

How Long Will My Hair Extensions Last?

Treat your Hair Extensions with care to ensure long hair extension wear, the more you care the longer you can wear. We recommend that you apply a moisturising treatment to your Hair Extensions after every wear to ensure you maintain the hair’s health.

Can I Style My Hair Extensions?

With all Human Hair the answer is: Yes. As our Hair Extensions are 100% Human Remy A+ Hair you can use a Hair Straighter, Curler or Hair Dryer on them. Although to ensure your Hair Extensions last longer you can use a Heat Protector to ensure your Hair Extensions do not dry out due to excessive heat.

Please be mindful when applying any styling tools to Synthetic Hair as the hair is ONLY Heat Resistant up to 180 degrees.

Can I Exchange My Hair Extensions Because They Are The Wrong Colour?
